Hannah Cook Cross lives in Arizona with her husband, son, and daughter. For money, she teaches college composition. For joy, she writes poetry and edits the online poetry journal One Trick Pony Review. Her poems have recently appeared in Bluestem and The Literary Hatchet.

Sacia Burton is a 4th year student at Vancouver Island University. When she’s not in a pretzel-shaped yoga pose she likes to learn about foreign policy, existentialism, and sustainable enterprises. She is a fledgling, on-the-fly food “blogger” (term used loosely), eats peanut butter on a spoon, and tweets in sporadic bursts. Twitter.

Thomas Allbaugh published his first poem in 1982. Since then, he has become an associate professor of English at Azusa Pacific University in Southern California, where he coordinates the first-year writing program and teaches Composition, Rhetorical Theory, Fiction, and Creative Nonfiction. He has also published fiction and nonfiction in Writing on the Edge, The Whistling Fire, Pedagogy, Perspectives, Relief, Blue Moon Review, and a number of other venues. Jennifer Sloan Walker is a writer living in Kitchener, Ontario. She writes short stories, creative non-fiction and flash. She is currently working on a collection of linked short stories. During daytime hours, she can be found counseling Canadians on a national helpline.  Her husband and two children are her greatest fans – the feeling is mutual. This is her first publication. Rob Wilson. Born and raised in B.C., I am an aspiring photographer currently studying to become a journalist. Since backpacking across Europe the year after graduating high school, I’ve picked up a serious passion for photography and an intense case of wanderlust. I find inspiration in the thrill of adventure, the friends I have, and the ever-changing state of the world as a whole. In the future, I hope to travel the globe; writing, photographing, and maybe even making a few dollars doing so. If that doesn’t work out, being a vagrant has its perks too. Wojciech M. was born in Sacramento, California, and currently lives in Vallejo, California. He grew up in Portland, Oregon, and attended Portland State University, where he studied social science and sociology, earning his Bachelor of Science degree in 2009. Wojciech’s work has been published in print and online. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and works as a mental health associate at a rehabilitative center when he is not writing or reading. Ryan Roenfeld is a 5th generation resident of Mills County, Iowa who has authored or co-authored numerous books on the history of southwest Iowa and has also had poetry published by Kansas City’s Off Beat Pulp, gloomcupboard.com, and the University of Iowa’s Daily Palette.

Gregory  Vincent St. Thomasino’s latest book of poems is The Valise (Dead Academics Press, 2012). In his spare time he writes at his blog, The Postmodern Romantic.

David Fraser lives in Nanoose Bay, BC, on Vancouver Island. He is the editor of Ascent Aspirations MagazineHis poetry has appeared in many journals and anthologies, including Rocksalt, An Anthology of Contemporary BC Poetryand recently this year in Tesseracts 18. He has published five collections of poetry and is a member of the League of Canadian Poets.

Kim Clark. Disease and desire, mothering and the mundane propel Kim Clark’s ongoing journey between poetry and prose, page and stage. Her debut fiction collection, Attemptations (Caitlin Press), was launched in 2011 and one of its novellas has been optioned for a 90 minute feature film. Her chapbook Dis ease ad De sire, the M anu S cript (Lipstick Press) and poetry collection Sit You Waiting (Caitlin Press) hit bookshelves in 2012 and she was a finalist in Theatre BC’s 2013 Playwrights competition. Brady Tighe is a writer living and working in Victoria. Previous to this, he spent much of his time as a journalist at VIU, where he worked at the student paper The Navigator, and wrote about how much he hated your favourite band. These days he works on short stories, bad poetry, and the endless editing of his upcoming novel.
